A range of loaves and baguettes are freshly baked on site every day. In addition we have regular deliveries of sliced bread, rolls and Chelsea buns from Fitzbillies of Cambridge.
We also have a wide range of quality oils, vinegars and olives, specialist bread flour and dried yeast.
Our commercial kitchen at Bury Lane makes delicious handmade savouries sold on our Deli counter and also used in our cafes – Scotch eggs, quiches, sausage rolls, soups, pizzas and salads. Plus we offer a range of pork pies, gala pie, pasties, samosas and Parsnipship vegetarian and vegan Mashups.
We have a wide selection of high quality, ready to eat cooked meats from our counter to choose from including free range and traditional hams, turkey, roast beef, halva, fresh pates and charcuterie such as salamis and parma ham.
We have a delicious range of cakes, traybakes, shortbread and more.
We also stock Diforti Italian pastries, classic cakes with a longer shelf life, cookies and biscuits, plum bread, fruit cake, flapjacks and a range of gluten free bakery products.
